Exchanges
If within 7 days of receipt of your goods you wish to exchange them for a different size, please contact us via live chat or e-mail. Goods will only be accepted for an exchange if they have not been worn, damaged or altered.
Product exchanges will be shipped at customer’s own cost. Note that the costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns
If within 7 days of receipt of your goods you wish to return them for a refund, please contact us via live chat or email. Goods will only be accepted for an return if they have not been worn, damaged or altered.
Please contact us via live chat or e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries regarding any of the products or their sizing. All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer. The orginal shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping
1. Your order is usually despatched within 12-48 hours when your payment is received. We will deliver your order by Parcel Force - Worldwide Express Mail Service (Online Tracking). Deliveries usually take 3~5 working days to arrive.
2. The tracking No. of your parcel will be sent to you when your order is despatched. You may check the status of your order online using your tracking number.
3. Our shipping fee is $15 per order (will be converted to the local currency based on your choice), no matter how many pairs you purchase in your order. The shipping fee will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment.
4. We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so please make sure that you have given us a street address.

Tracking Shipments
After your package is despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your order. You can track your order via the Order-tracking Websites below using your tracking number: http://www.fedex.com/cn_english/

Track your order
We sincerely suggest you add us into your mailing box to avoid the miss of mails. If you add us to your mailing list, you will get confirmation about your order; or it may lie in the spam box. Or even the mail will be rejected totally. In 2 working days, we will send you a confirmation email about the tracking No. and tracking link. Then you can track the status of your parcel on the tracking link provided.
